Being a member in good standing of WSP and have paid your dues for the current year.

Maximum of 65 guests (including WSP residents).

Use only the right half of the facility (tables, grills, space).

Keep the beach gate secure at all times. Please do not leave a beach gate FOB at an unattended gate. Consider having a gate guard to allow access for your guests.

As an adult host, you must be present at the function.

Ensure that noise level won’t disturb residents near the community beach.

Clean up after the event, dispose of trash in the dumpster, return tables & toys to proper place.

Set-up & Clean-up must occur during the hours of the beach reservation.

Bring your own trash bag and/or can for use at the cabana. Place all trash in the dumpster with lid closed.

Be responsible for cleaning the bathrooms for your guests.

Accept responsibility for the actions of your guests.

Read the Beach Rules and agree to abide by the rules set forth by WSPCA.

Complete the “Clean-Up Checklist.”

Contact the beach reservation coordinator 20mins before the end of your event.
